If you have Medicare, your ‘home health benefit’ will pay for services rendered, as long as your MD approves and you meet the following criteria:
- You must be homebound or normally unable to leave home unassisted. Leaving home briefly for Medical Appointments or non-medical outings, such as religious services, is OK.
- You must need Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Speech-language Pathology Services, or Occupational Therapy.
